How often should I do pest control at home?
For general pests such as cockroaches, ants and spiders, a treatment every three months keeps most homes pest-free. Add extra mosquito visits during the monsoon and dengue season, and an annual termite inspection.
Is home pest control safe for kids, elderly people and pets?
Yes. Our residential treatments rely mainly on odourless gel baits, locked rodent stations and targeted crack-and-crevice application, which keep products away from people and pets. For any spray treatment we tell you exactly which rooms to avoid and for how long.
Do I need to empty my kitchen before cockroach treatment?
No. Gel baiting does not require emptying cupboards. We simply ask you to clear the counter tops and the area under the sink so the technician can reach hinges, gaps and the back of appliances.
How long does a home pest control visit take?
A general treatment for an apartment usually takes 45–90 minutes. Larger houses, termite drill-fill-seal treatments and bed bug treatments take longer — we give you the time estimate when we book.
Can you treat my house before we move in?
Yes — an empty house is the best time for treatment. We recommend a full general treatment plus termite inspection before moving in, so furniture and boxes are not exposed to existing pests.
